These Terms of Service govern your use of the PractiRun website (practirun.com) and the services provided by PractiRun ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, you agree to these terms. Clients who engage PractiRun for services are additionally bound by a formal service contract, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict with these terms.
PractiRun provides website design, development, and practice management software for dental practices. PractiRun is currently in pre-launch. At this stage, we are collecting registrations of interest and sharing pilot onboarding updates with interested clinics.
Submitting a registration, quote, or demo request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Any information shared at this stage is indicative and carries no obligation. A binding agreement is only formed when both parties have signed a formal service contract.
PractiRun is not currently on general sale. No payment is taken through this website for registration of interest. If and when your clinic proceeds to onboarding, commercial terms, milestones, and payment schedules will be documented in your formal service contract.
Your website — its design, content, and files — belongs to you. Upon cancellation, we will provide your complete website files so you are free to host them with any provider. The PractiRun management platform, booking system, and admin dashboard are proprietary to PractiRun and will be deactivated upon cancellation.
You may request removal from the registration waitlist at any time by contacting us. If your clinic enters a formal paid agreement in future, cancellation terms will be defined in your signed service contract.
During pre-launch, there are no monthly fees associated with registration of interest. Any non-payment terms for paid services will only apply after a formal contract has been signed and services have commenced.
Our services are provided "as is." While we take every reasonable measure to ensure uptime and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PractiRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The PractiRun platform, management system, booking software, and all associated code, graphics, and logos are the intellectual property of PractiRun. Your website content — including your text, images, branding, and design files — belongs to you, as set out in Section 5. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PractiRun's proprietary software or content without written permission.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google (analytics and infrastructure), and SMS providers. We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify active clients directly by email with reasonable notice before the changes take effect.
